We are looking for an experienced Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products and build solid relationships with healthcare professionals across Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in pharma sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
- Ensure timely reporting and maintain proper sales records.
- Coordinate with the marketing and distribution teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
