Job Description:

Job Role or Duties:

•Co-ordaining with local customers for new business/ Export / Import shipment.

•Preparing and updating Sales report ( Enquiry sheet) of the customer until the shipments get finalised/ confirmed.

•Follow up with the clients to get the booking confirmed.

•Coordinating with overseas agents upon the requirement or any recent enquiries.

•Coordinating with shipping line , freight forwarder for rates & routine update on market scenario.

•Quotation sending to customer on each enquiry.

•Coordinating with Customers on outstanding payments

•Monitoring shipments and keeping clients updated on progress/any delays.
