ï¼ Receiving consolidated customer demand from marketing, upload MP in

SAP and plan for production based on schedules after considering

inventories at different locations.

ï¼ Check and ensure raw materials coverage and equipment availability to

ensure everything is in place for smooth production

ï¼ Scheduling shifts and resources to meet the demand on time.

ï¼ Measure and monitoring costs to ensure the production process stays

within budget

ï¼ Daily reporting on production performance and highlight any anticipated

risks or issues to upper management and ensure closure.

ï¼ Quick adjustments in the scheduling to Handle production disruptions/

problems if any.

ï¼ Finding ways to improve productivity continually and reduce costs by

working with CFT.

ï¼ Monitor inventories and buffers at all stages as defined within targets.

ï¼ Ensuring 100% adherence to SAP transactions at all stages and real time

postings.

ï¼ Supervise and oversee subordinates on machine loading and execution at

all stages





ï¼ Carry out Quarterly inventory check covering end to end and ensure 100%

stock integrity.

ï¼ Identify and drive for perpetual inventory across the process to ensure

ï¼ Responsible for fault free execution of ECN changes.

ï¼ Plan and deliver Spare parts requirements with 99% OTD

ï¼ Lead root cause analysis for gaps in production, delivery, cost and

inventory. Actions for the same.

Requirements
ï¼ DME/BE with 10 – 15 years of experience in any Tier-1 manufacturing industries,

preferably in mechanical / automobile industry of which at least 3 years should be

in a similar role in a reputed company.Proven experience in Production planning and control

ï¼ Sound knowledge and exposure in SAP

ï¼ Understanding of forecasting and budgeting

ï¼ Proficient in MS Office

ï¼ Excellent organizational and leadership skills with emotional stability.
