Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern – HR Operations for 6 months Internship (Onsite-Noida location) to support the HR team in managing day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in employee documentation, HR processes, data management, and supporting various HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities
- HR Documentation and Employee Records Management - Assist in maintaining and organizing employee records, HR documentation, and personal files. Ensure that employee data and documents are accurately updated and securely maintained.
- Onboarding and Employee Lifecycle Support - Support the HR team in onboarding activities including preparing employee documentation,



collecting required forms, and assisting new hires during their joining process.
- HR Data Management and Reporting - Maintain HR trackers and update employee data in HR systems or spreadsheets. Assist in preparing basic HR reports related to employee records, attendance, and HR operations.
- HR Administrative Support - Provide administrative support for daily HR activities such as preparing letters, updating employee databases, maintaining HR files, and coordinating internal HR communications.
- Employee Engagement Activities and Support - Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement initiatives such as team activities, internal events, and employee communication programs. Support the HR team in ensuring employee participation and maintaining a positive workplace environment.
