overseeing the daily operations of a branch office, ensuring adherence to
company policies, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities
include:
- Team
Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve
performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Operational
Oversight: Ensure efficient branch operations, including compliance
with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Business
Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client
base, enhance revenue streams, and promote Finovest Group's financial
products and services.
- Financial
Management: Monitor branch financial performance, prepare reports,
and implement strategies to meet or exceed financial goals.
- Customer
Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with
clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably MBA
- 3-5 years relevant NBFC industry experience
- Local candidate with fluency in Malayalam & English
