Designation Event Coordinator

Roles &

Responsibilities

â Plan & oversee the execution of values-based event concepts, timelines, and

budgets while aligning objectives with stakeholders in schools.

â Manage end-to-end event logistics, ensuring seamless on-site execution and

addressing any real-time challenges effectively.

â Find & maintain relationships with competent event facilitators & clients,

coordinate and support them to ensure successful execution

â Collaborate on all pre & post promotions, manage registrations, and ensure

meaningful engagement of the audience.

â Maintain all event-related data,



Evaluate event performances, present event

reports and implement improvements.

â Ensure compliance with policies and prepare risk contingency plans.

Qualification

Criteria

â A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in event management (not

mandatory).

Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who has/is:

â The candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in event planning and

coordination, preferably within the education sector or a related industry.

â Proven track records of conceptualizing & managing such events preferably in

the Education domain

â Worked as an Individual contributor.

â A multitasker who is adept at coordinating & managing with different

teams/stakeholders.

â The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and implement effective

marketing strategies for event promotion is expected.
