Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in the

recruitment or staffing industry. This individual will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying

new business opportunities and nurturing strong client partnerships. The ideal candidate brings a mix of

market insight, robust communication skills, and a passion for delivering client success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

2. Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

3. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing.

4. Market Research & Analysis




- Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide insights to management for product/service positioning.

5. Proposal & Presentation Development
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements.

6. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new clients to delivery teams.

7. Billing invoice & Client Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact with clients for billing and invoicing.
- Ensure invoices are raised and shared as per the mutual agreement.
- ​Coordinate with clients to resolve billing queries and maintain transparent communication.
