Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Site Engineer to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with solar projects and strong knowledge of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the installation and commissioning of solar PV systems at the project site.
- Perform site surveys and assess technical feasibility.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and layouts.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations at the site.
- Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and vendors to meet timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar installations.
- Conduct quality checks during and after installation.
- Prepare project reports, checklists, and documentation.
- Monitor system performance and assist in O&M; (Operations & Maintenance).
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Requirements
- Education:



Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in solar installation or EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of solar components (panels, inverters, charge controllers, etc.).
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, and PVsyst (preferred).
- Willingness to travel and work at project locations.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Understanding of safety protocols and compliance.
