Job Title: Finance Head

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Budget Management: Oversee the preparation, monitoring, and management of the company’s budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders,



including auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Cost Control: Implement effective cost control measures to enhance profitability and financial efficiency.
- Investment Management: Evaluate investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the fashion industry or a related sector.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
