Quicko (a Zerodha backed startup) is on a mission to simplify tax compliance for individuals and businesses in India. We are a young, quick-growing team of developers, designers, and accountants building user-friendly fintech products. What are we looking for?

As a Full Stack Developer, you will own features end-to-end—from crafting responsive front-end interfaces to scaling robust back-end APIs. You will work closely with product and design teams to build seamless tax products.

What will you be doing?
- Write clean, concise, reusable, and modular code that is highly configurable, extensible, and testable.
- Design and document easy-to-consume REST APIs while implementing solid programming patterns and data structures.
- Drive product design discussions using tools like Figma/Figjam, and translate business needs into functional requirements in Notion.




- Track user behavior and conversion funnels using Fullstory (or similar tools) to continuously optimize the product experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and actively elevate code quality through rigorous code reviews.

Requirements

What will you need to succeed at Quicko?
- Strong ability to understand and use the right data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming (OOP), and modern design patterns.
- Strong, working knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
- Deep expertise in server-side technologies, a solid understanding of REST APIs, and working knowledge of HTTP(S).
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, along with exposur
