About the Role:

As a Career Counsellor at Delhi – South Extension 2, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through their educational journey. This role involves counseling students on digital marketing programs, providing career advice,



and driving enrollments while contributing to revenue targets. You will mentor junior counsellors when required and work with cross-functional teams to uphold high standards across all programs and student interactions.

What You'll Do:

â Student Counseling & Guidance:

â Counsel students about digital marketing programs and help them select the right course based on their goals.

â Communicate with students and parents via in-person meetings and calls, addressing queries and guiding them through course options.

â Provide expert advice on career opportunities and program outcomes.

â Mentorship & Team Collaboration:

â Mentor junior counsellors to enhance their performance and counseling effectiveness.

â Support onboarding and training of new team members.

â Collaborate with peers and management to ensure smooth operations and consistent conversion performance.

â Target Achievement & Reporting:

â Consistently meet daily, weekly, and month
