Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a strong background in hospitality design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact interior concepts that align with client goals and brand identity. This role requires hands-on project involvement from concept through completion, including space planning, FF&E; selection, and coordination with vendors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interiors for hospitality projects including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and lounges.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to define design vision and deliverables.
- Create mood boards, material palettes,



concept sketches, and design presentations.
- Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and FF&E; schedules.
- Source and select finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories aligned with brand standards and design intent.
- Oversee design documentation in compliance with building codes, ADA, and other applicable regulations.
- Manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining design integrity.
- Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during construction.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior design with a solid emphasis on hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong portfolio
