Key Responsibilities:
- IT Hardware Strategy & Management: Develop and implement IT hardware policies, procurement strategies, and maintenance plans.
- Infrastructure Oversight: Manage and maintain all IT hardware, including servers, storage, networks, and workstations, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure IT infrastructure complies with security policies, industry regulations, and data protection laws.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and evaluate IT hardware suppliers for quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Technology Upgrades: Assess emerging hardware technologies and recommend upgrades or new implementations to enhance productivity.
- IT Support & Troubleshooting: Lead the IT support team to resolve hardware-related issues efficiently and provide seamless IT operations.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor IT professionals to build a high-performing IT hardware team.
- Disaster Recovery Planning:



Design and implement IT disaster recovery strategies to minimize risks and ensure business continuity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align IT hardware infrastructure with business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in IT hardware, infrastructure management, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of networking, data centers, cloud solutions, and IT security protocols.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, enterprise hardware, and IT support processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize IT hardware costs.
- Robust communication and leadership abilities.
