Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic
Business Development Executive to drive current client acquisition and growth
strategies across IT and Non -IT sectors, with a specific focus on startups,
mid-sized, and product/service-based companies. The ideal candidate should have
strong market awareness, communication skills, and the ability to generate and
convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Key
Responsibilities:

â Proactively source data from
marketing, conduct market research, and generate leads.

â Identify market movements (new
startups, funding, listings, leadership changes, etc.).

â Make cold calls and connect with
potential non-IT clients for business acquisition.

â Develop IT client database and




explore opportunities in HR implementation tools (Staffing & Recruitment).

â Focus on acquiring and engaging
with startups, mid & small-sized product and service companies.

â Coordinate and assist in HR tool
implementation for clients.

â Follow-up consistently and work
towards achieving defined sales targets.

Requirements:

â 1–2 years of experience in
Business Development, preferably in Staffing or HR Industry.

â Excellent verbal and written
communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Kannada /
Hindi / Telugu / Tamil).

â Strong market mapping, analytical
and research abilities.

â Prior experience in cold calling
and lead conversion.

â Strong understanding of HR tools
and staffing lifecycle.

â Self-starter with a hardcore
business mindset and a drive to achieve results.

â Willingness to work from office in
Indira Nagar, Bangalore.
