Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between production, design, sales, and dispatch teams
- Monitor order status and follow up on timelines
- Maintain reports and documentation
- Identify and resolve process delays
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams
Requirements:
- Graduate with 1-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic ERP/CRM systems
- Prior experience in manufacturing or printing industry preferred
