- Valuable understanding of electrical
concepts like three phase power calculations.
- Good understanding of complex
power calculation and estimation.
- Design and review of electrical
distribution systems for industrial, residential and commercial building applications
- Preparation/ checking of single
line diagram with protection and metering requirement.
- Preparation/ checking of detailed
calculation for major electrical equipment like transformer, DG’s, Capacitor
bank, UPS, Battery & Battery charger, Neutral Grounding resistor, etc.
- Preparation/ checking of detailed
design calculation for earthing, lighting, cable sizing, cable tray/ trench sizing,
lightning Protection, etc.
- Preparation/ checking electrical
Load list, cable schedule.
- Preparation/ checking of
Electrical Layouts like earthing, lighting, cable tray/ trench, Fire alarm
system, telephone system, public address system, etc.
- Understanding/ checking of
substation automation system.




- Vendor document review (Electrical
equipment).
- Understand electrical schematics,
wiring diagrams, and other technical documentation

Commercial Projects: IT Companies,
Hospitals, Commercial malls

Residential Projects: High Rise
Building
- Strong knowledge of electrical
engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency with electrical design
software such as AutoCAD Electrical, DIALux, etc are desirable.

Familiarity with industry standards
and regulations, such as NEC, NBC, IS, IEC, and UL.
- Excellent communication,
presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and
as part of a collaborative team.
