- Innovation & Research: Develop New Products formulations and modify existing product portfolio by making suitable and cost-effective changes in the formulations.
- Formulate and develop new product under category of home care, Hygiene care products.
- Conduct market research, identify consumer trends, and explore new ingredients/technologies for creative products (detergents, cleaners, disinfectants).
- Good knowledge of Cleaning Product formulation Liquid and Solid formats development and all start to end test.
- Capable to Develop D to C B to B product or Finish goods. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in all R&D; activities.
- Formulation Development: Design, develop, and optimize new product formulas (e.g., liquid chemistry, rheology)



and create lab/pilot batches for testing.
- Testing & Validation: Plan and execute stability, performance, and product testing; interpret results and provide recommendations.
- Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and processes from ideation through scale-up to launch.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Documentation: Prepare product specifications, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and maintain detailed R&D; records.
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with ingredient suppliers.
