Job Description:

We are hiring a HR Manager in Kalol (Gandhinagar).

Position: HR Manager

Location: Kalol, Gandhinagar
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates
Qualification: Any graduation

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Payroll and Compensation:
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide solutions that enhance workplace harmony.
- Leave and Attendance Management:
- Implement and monitor leave policies and attendance systems.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and arrange programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and factory laws,



managing compliance-related documentation and audits.
- Policy Implementation:
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
- Performance Management:
- Facilitate performance appraisals and support managers in evaluating team effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare HR reports on recruitment, attrition, payroll, and training for management review.
- Fostering Culture:
- Promote a positive workplace environment through team-building initiatives and engagement activities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, leave, and training.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws and factory laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.
