Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale residential real estate projects, including luxury high-rise developments and integrated townships, ensuring timely completion, cost efficiency, quality, safety, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of residential projects from planning to handover
- Deliver luxury residential towers, high-rise buildings, and integrated townships
- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, billing, cost control, and cash flow
- Drive value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality or timelines
- Oversee contracts, procurement, consultants, PMCs, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC, safety norms, RERA, and statutory requirements
- Manage execution of complex structures including high-rise towers and podiums
- Lead large teams (50+ internal staff and 100+ contractors/workforce)
- Coordinate with authorities, investors,



and senior stakeholders
- Provide MIS, progress reviews, risk updates, and strategic inputs to leadership
- Strong expertise in project planning, cost control, contracts, and procurement
- In-depth knowledge of high-rise construction, QA/QC, safety, and statutory compliance
- Robust leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- High commercial acumen with focus on cash flow and delivery commitments

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Master’s in Construction / Project Management (preferred)
- 18–25+ years of experience in residential real estate execution
- Proven delivery of large-scale luxury / high-rise residential projects
- PMP / Contracts / RERA / IGBC certifications (preferred)
