The Role
You'll support Guardian Capital's operations engine — the backbone that keeps client servicing running smoothly. Working alongside the operations team, you'll onboard clients on platforms like BSE and NSE, track transaction statuses, prepare and dispatch reports, and maintain accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Pillar 1 — Operational Support
- Support day-to-day operations including client onboarding on platforms like BSE and NSE, resolving client queries, tracking transaction status, sending reports, and handling physical documentation
- Assist in maintaining accurate client records and ensuring timely, error-free processing across the servicing lifecycle
Pillar 2 — Team Coordination
- Support smooth team coordination to ensure minimal complaints and quick resolution; collect and analyse mutual fund data as required by the team
