Job Description -

Attendance Management:
- Monitor and manage employee attendance through an automated system.
- Address and resolve attendance-related queries from employees.
- Generate regular reports on attendance patterns and trends.

Payroll Processing:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deductions.
- Handle payroll discrepancies and rectify errors promptly.
- Generate payroll reports for management review.
- Attendance Management, Payroll Processing, HRMS, Recruitment, Operations & MISHRMS

Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the HRMS
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRMS.
- Provide training and support to employees on HRMS usage.
- Streamline and improve
HR processes for efficiency.
- Monitor compliance




with company policies and labour laws.
- Handle employee
relations issues and conflicts.
- Administer employee
advantages and address related inquiries.

MIS (Management
Information System):
- Generate and analyse
HR-related reports for decision-making.
- Prepare regular MIS
reports for management review.
- Track and report key
HR metrics.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend system improvements.

Recruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and background verifications.

Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Experience Required - 5+ Year
- Knowledge of HRMS
