- We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mother Teacher to join our team and work with students in Grade 1 and 2.
- The Mother Teacher will play a pivotal role in creating a stimulating and enriching learning environment that promotes the holistic development of young learners.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning, where students feel safe, respected, and motivated to engage actively in the learning process.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, providing additional support or enrichment activities as necessary.
- Assess student progress regularly through various assessment methods and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.




- Maintain open and transparent communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and administrators to foster a cohesive and supportive educational community.
- Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of best practices in education.
- Participate in faculty meetings, career development workshops, and school events as required.

Requirements
Required Qualifications - D.Ed.
