Requirements
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, quality control or a related field.

7+ years of experience in the construction of industrial projects/construction industry.

Sound knowledge of construction industry practices,



regulations and standards.

Proficiency in processes, quality assurance, testing of materials and documentation

Knowledge of service guidelines, such as the National Building Code (NBC), etc.

Hands-on experience in quality assurance

Experience working with AutoCAD

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong analytical skills and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in relevant computer software and records keeping

Skills

Qualified membership or certification in quality assurance or construction management.

Experience working on various construction projects, including industrial projects

Familiarity with contract law and construction contracts.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Strong work management skills and ability to work under pressure.
