Showroom Front Sales
Executive for decorative
panels (laminates, veneers, louvers, and wall claddings) is the primary

and focuses on converting walk-in traffic—including premium homeowners and
designers—into confirmed sales.
Core Responsibilities
· Customer Engagement: Greeting walk-in clients and conducting
"guided tours" of the showroom. They explain the aesthetic and
technical differences between materials (e.g., charcoal panels vs. PVC vs.
natural veneer).
· Design Consultation: Assisting clients in colour-matching and
material selection based on their interior themes.
· Quotation & Billing: Preparing accurate price estimates,
checking real-time stock availability via the ERP system, and processing final
invoices and payments.
· Sample Kit Management: Preparing and handing out
"mini-swatch" kits to clients and designers for their site visits.
· Lead Management: Capturing visitor data and following up via phone or
WhatsApp to close sales that were initiated in the showroom.
· Showroom Upkeep:
Ensuring all display panels are clean, well-lit, and
correctly labeled. They ensure the "experience center" vibe is
maintained at all times.
Key Skills & Competencies
· Visual Aesthetic Sense: A robust eye for colour, texture, and
design trends. They should be able to suggest "on-trend" combinations.
(e.g., fluted panels with metallic accents).
· Product Expertise: Deep knowledge of technical specs, such as scratch
resistance, termite proofing, and fire-retardant properties of the panels.
· Soft Skills: Exceptional grooming, polite manners, and the ability to
handle high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) with patience.
· Multilingualism: In Gujarat, proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and
English is essential to cater to a diverse clientele.
Requirements
· Education: Graduate in any stream; a background in Interior Design or Architecture is
a significant advantage.
Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales,
