SKills: ServiceNow, FSM, ITOM, ITSM, CSM

Service now Lead with expert knowledge level on the
platform and rich implementation experience of various modules (ITSM, FSM,
ITBM, CSM) to meet the business needs. Resource with in-depth understanding
of the ITIL processes, sound knowledge on OOTB implementation and integrations
at Enterprise level, excellent design and behavioral skills. Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate, design, and implement the platform modules in
line with business needs.

• Design, develop and configure out of the box workflows,
forms, scripts and create / maintain custom objects to meet business
requirements using agile methodologies.

• Provide expert level support and maintain the ServiceNow
platform as per the agreed service levels (Available, Stable, Performant,
Usable and Maintainable)

• Work closely with functional teams, architecture teams in
positioning the modules into the landscape.

• Play a key role in creating and adapting the design
guidelines, best practises together with the Platform Architect, other Leads
and SE’s





• Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks, including
configuration, integration, testing, requirements analysis and solution design.

• Worked on full-scale implementation of Servicenow modules
for ITSM, FSM, ITBM, CSM.

• Facilitate workflow enhancements to the ServiceNow
application including automation and/or additional self-service features and
functions.

• Understand the business needs and rapidly prototype new
solutions. Create and configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI
Actions and ACLs.

• Valuable hands-on experience on ServiceNow integration with
other application/system Using SOAP, REST, JSON

• Coach/ guide the current ServiceNow team in support and
operations and projects

• Take active part in platform upgrades (impact analysis,
identify upgrade path, realize)

• Provide technical and thought leadership in both system
integration and application development, while also promoting best practices
