Product Development: Drive the design and development of product features while ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Collaboration: Work closely with product management, design, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.

Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to maintain the highest quality standards.





Process Optimization: Implement agile methodologies, streamline workflows, and improve the development lifecycle.

Innovation: Encourage the adoption of new tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance product development and performance.

Required Qualification

â Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

â 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years of experience leading engineering

teams in a product-based IT company.

â Expertise in building and scaling SaaS or other IT products.

â Strong knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and architectural frameworks.

â Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.

â Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.

â Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeli
