Purpose of the
Job role

This is a leadership position;
we are looking for people who have years of experience in running marketing and
sales team spanning multiple countries. The person will be responsible for
driving multiple teams of business analysts, SDR’s, SDE and digital marketing
team. This role will report directly to CEO as of now.

As the Head of Sales, the person will be responsible for leading and
managing international sales operations, developing business plans, executing
sales strategies, and building a strong
relationship with key clients. The role will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process—from lead




generation to sales closure—while guiding and mentoring a team of business
development executives, lead generation specialists, and business analysts.
This role requires a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and
growth mindset, with solid expertise in
business proposal writing, client interaction, and technology solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic
Planning & Market Analysis:
- Develop and implement
sales strategies to add new client accounts and achieve revenue targets.
- Participate in budget planning,
finalization for marketing and sales.
- Collaborate with the
digital marketing team to create campaigns that align with sales
objectives.
- Work with prospecting
team and SDR’s to define ICP, plan outbound across various mediums.
- Plan trade show
participation in depth to ensure maximum ROI generation.
- Monitor sales
performance, analyse trends, and work with CEO and other C-Suites to improve
the numbers.
