Key Responsibilities :-

Plan and execute production schedules for garment lines, ensuring on-time delivery while
optimizing capacity utilization and minimizing waste.
Conduct regular factory visits to monitor sewing, finishing, quality control, and compliance
with standards; address bottlenecks in office.
Coordinate with merchandising, cutting, fabric, and pattern teams for seamless material
flow, line setup, SMV calculation, and inventory management.
Supervise production staff, provide training, and implement industrial engineering practices
like line balancing for efficiency gains.
Track KPIs on output, costs, quality, and safety; report to senior management and drive
process improvements​

Requirements
Required Skills :-

Expertise in production planning, costing, and waste reduction.




Proficiency in Industrial Engineering tools (e.g., line balancing, workflow optimization).
Excellent communication for cross-team coordination and staff management.

3-5 years in garment production management, with proven factory visit experience for
audits and oversight.

Bachelor's in Textile/Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field; knowledge
of Tally/GST a plus for inventory/costing.

Strong leadership, analytical skills, and familiarity with garment processes (sewing, finishing,
quality checks
