Qualifications
- B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 5-8 years of relevant industry experience
Preferred Industry Background
- Grain-based distilleries
- Alcohol/Ethanol production
- Biofuel plants
- Power plants
- Water treatment plants/ETPs
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee mechanical projects in distillery and biofuel operations
- Manage maintenance activities for grain distilleries, power plants, and utility systems
- Handle fabrication and erection of piping systems and structures
- Plan and implement daily and preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure smooth operation of water treatment plants and ETPs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless plant operations
Requirements
Required Competencies
- Robust experience in project execution and maintenance of grain distilleries
- Proficiency in biofuel plant operations and power plant systems
- Expertise in utility systems management
- Knowledge of fabrication, piping, and structural work
- Ability to work in shift patterns and manage emergency situations
