About the Role:
As the Academic Counselor at Lower Parel (West), Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through IIDE’s Digital Marketing programs across Undergraduate and Graduate categories. This role involves managing and converting leads, driving enrollments,
and achieving revenue and collection targets while ensuring a seamless admissions experience for learners. You will closely collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold high standards across the admissions process.
What You'll Do:
â Lead Management & Conversion:
â Manage and convert leads for various digital marketing programs across Undergraduate and Graduate categories.
â Own the complete sales and closing lifecycle for assigned leads.
â Achieve weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets through effective lead nurturing and conversions.
â Counseling & Admissions Coordination:
â Provide detailed counseling and program information to prospective learners via phone, email, and chat.
â Conduct interviews and coordinate admissions formalities for current joiners.
â Attend walk-ins and counsel potential learners on admissions-related queries.
â Follow up with prospective leads who have shown interest or visited IIDE.
