Invensis is looking for enthusiastic CMA Freshers trained in Accounts Payable (AP) and Zoho Books to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build their career in accounting and gain hands-on exposure in a agile corporate environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process, verify, and reconcile invoices, expense reports, and vendor statements.
- Handle Accounts Payable operations in compliance with company policies.
- Work on Zoho Books for AP-related transactions and reporting.
- Assist in month-end closing and AP reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support audits.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain financial records.
Qualifications:
- CMA (Fresher) – Mandatory
- Trained in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and Zoho Books
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
