The Communication Expert will develop and execute strategic communication plans to support business objectives and brand positioning. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and managing press releases, speeches, and external communication materials, as well as preparing internal communications such as announcements, newsletters, and leadership messages. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, advising leaders on communication best practices, and ensuring consistency of messaging across channels. The Communication Expert will also monitor media coverage, maintain communication calendars,



and support crisis and issue communications when required.Qualifications- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Strategic Communications skills for both internal and external stakeholders.- Candidates should possess excellent Writing skills, including experience drafting Press Releases and formal business content.- Candidates should possess capabilities in Internal Communications, including employee messaging and organizational updates.- Experience in Central/State government, PSUs/CSR communications, public relations, or related fields, preferably within professional services or large organizations.- Strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in additional Indian languages is an advantage.- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, with strong stakeholder management skills.- PG/UGB or IIMC PG Diplom or MBA in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.- Demonstrated ability to manage Government projects/Missions, campaigns, social media, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
