Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.Role OverviewAs a Category Manager, you will own the performance of your category end to end, from assortment and pricing to promotions and supplier partnerships, turning data into decisions that grow revenue and margin.Key ResponsibilitiesCategory Strategy- Own category planning, assortment, and pricing decisions- Build and track category P&L;, margin, and growth targets- Plan promotions and launches with marketing and supply teamsPartnerships & Analysis- Negotiate terms and build relationships with suppliers and vendors- Analyse sales, share,
