Job DescriptionJob Summary:The Total Rewards Processor supports benefits administration and compensation operations by executing transactional activities with accuracy and efficiency. The role ensures timely processing of employee benefits, payroll deductions, and compliance-related updates while maintaining SLA adherence in a global HRO environment.Key Responsibilities- Process benefits enrollment and updates within defined timelines- Manage employee life events and eligibility changes in HR systems- Validate and support payroll deductions and reconciliation activities- Coordinate with benefits vendors for routine queries and file updates- Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation- Handle employee queries related to benefits programs and policies- HRIS Analyst — Benefits-
- Oracle Fusion Advantages module: programs, plans, plan types, options, eligibility profiles-
- Life events configuration (scheduled, unrestricted, administrative) and processing-
- Rates and coverages, variable rate/coverage profiles-
