Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop innovative residential architectural concepts.
* Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, GFC drawings, and municipal submission drawings.
* Lead client meetings and translate client requirements into practical, aesthetic designs.
* Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and site execution teams.
* Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and execution as per drawings.
* Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
* Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B. Arch).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in residential architectural design.
* Proven experience in designing premium/luxury villas and residences.
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion/Enscape, Revit (preferred), and MS Office.
* Excellent design, presentation, and communication skills.
* Ability to independently handle projects from concept to completion.
* Strong coordination and team management skills.
