What You’ll Do:
- Plan, execute & optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for Lead Generation & eCommerce clients.
- Conduct deep audience research , A/B testing , and funnel analysis to improve performance.
- Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with creative & content teams to align ad messaging with brand goals.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record in generating high-quality leads or eCommerce sales .
- Robust understanding of conversion tracking , pixel setup , and Google Tag Manager .
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) , Looker Studio , or similar tools.
- Creative mindset + analytical thinking — able to blend storytelling with data.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Bonus Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with You Tube Ads , Linked In Ads , or Performance Max campaigns .
- Understanding of funnels, landing pages , and CRM integration .
- Agency experience handling multiple client accounts.
