Key Roles & Responsibilies

 Meeng the penetraon percentage targets of HDFC products along with achieving the GWP (Gross Wrien

Premium) and market share targets decided by the company

 Cross-selling of products to maximize the profit

 Regular interacon and co-ordinaon with the line managers, channel partners, Third-Party Team (TPT), Area

sales manager, Business Development Representaves (BDR) and other sales managers of the bank

 Connecng with the various teams including the operaons and sales team of HDFC ERGO for any claim related

selements

 Providing the required training to the Business Development Representaves

 Achieving the daily target of 10 calls and reporng the work daily through on-call (huddles)

 Containing required product knowledge and ready to travel minimum 2 to 3 days weekly

 Adherence to 100% compliance
