The role focuses on revenue cycle analytics, denial analysis, AR performance tracking, and reporting automation to improve cash flow and reduce revenue leakage. Key Responsibilities Analyze end-to-end hospital billing lifecycle (charge capture to AR follow-up) Track KPIs: Days in AR, Denial Rate, Clean Claim Rate, Net Collection Ratio Perform denial and AR aging analysis Identify revenue leakage and underpayments Develop dashboards and automate MIS reporting Required Skills Strong experience in Hospital Billing (Inpatient & Outpatient) Advanced Python (Pandas, NumPy) Solid SQL querying skills Advanced Excel & Power BI / Tableau Knowledge of UB-04, Medicare/Medicaid, CPT, ICD-10
