CTC: 6 LPA Role Overview We are hiring Working Capital Relationship Managers to acquire and manage SME/MSME clients for CC/OD limits, Term Loans, BG/LC, and other business banking products. Key Responsibilities Acquire SME/MSME clients needing Working Capital solutions. Manage portfolio: renewals, limit enhancements, documentation & compliance. Analyze financial statements, GST data, bank statements & business cash flow. Coordinate with credit, operations & legal teams for sanction to disbursement. Conduct market visits & business development activities. Maintain portfolio hygiene and timely collections. Achieve monthly business & revenue targets. Required Skills & Experience 2–5 years in Working Capital / SME / Business Banking.



Strong understanding of CC/OD, Cash Flow lending & CAM preparation. Knowledge of local SME markets in Chennai & Coimbatore. Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
