Project Manager – IT Infrastructure (Data Storage & Security) Location: Mumbai (BKC) Budget: Up to 25 LPA Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise data storage and security deployments within financial services environments. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring resilience, compliance, operational efficiency, and seamless execution across multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead IT infrastructure projects focused on enterprise storage and security solutions. Manage storage migration initiatives, replication setups, disaster recovery architectures (2DC/3DC), and business continuity programs.Drive deployment and implementation of enterprise security solutions including IAM, PAM, SIEM, DLP, vulnerability management, and related technologies. Coordinate cross-functional teams, technology partners, and vendors such as Hitachi, Dell EMC, HPE, and NetApp. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and RBI guidelines. Own project delivery, governance, risk management,



stakeholder communication, and execution within agreed timelines, scope, and budget. Requirements Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management with at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise storage and security deployments. Solid expertise is required in enterprise storage technologies including Hitachi VSP, Dell EMC PowerMax/Unity, HPE 3PAR Storage, and NetApp ONTAP. Experience with SAN/NAS environments, storage migration projects, replication technologies such as SRDF, TrueCopy, and MetroCluster, as well as disaster recovery implementations, is essential. Candidates should possess strong BFSI or financial services domain experience and demonstrate familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and leadership skills are mandatory.
