Level : M Level Type of Resource: FTE Expected start date: Immediate Location: Bangalore Mode of working (hybrid or remote): Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office Work timings: 1.00PM – 11.00 PM, may have to work on weekend during release JD: The PMO & Release Manager will perform PMO and Release Management duties in line with the delivery of the Products within the Banking & Treasury Services Change Portfolio. Aligned to directly support the Enterprise Banking Module (EBM) program PMO Responsibilities: Aligned to directly support the Enterprise Banking Module (EBM) Real-time balances program Implementation Lead, supporting the following: program level scheduling including features by release annual planning , resource forecasting and maintenance Initiative level Governance, maintain central RAID log, support stakeholder communications Project Status Reporting and Governance updates Support Internal program Audit Coordinate the collation of Initiative release readiness material Financial tracking & reporting Financial planning and administration - monthly/quarterly Clarity portfolio management & reporting, Clarity admin support updates – resource forecasting support, Task creation and resource addition through the year supporting implementation leads Release Manager Responsibilities Aligned to directly coordinate the readiness and execution of monthly releases for the Enterprise Banking Module (EBM) Real-time balances program. Prepare, maintain,
and govern the Monthly Release Calendar, ensuring dependencies are mapped; Proactively identify and resolve release clashes and dependency conflicts. Respond to release scheduling queries, resolve conflicts and facilitate release related forums and calls Support preparation of release decks, ensuring correct versions are used, changes are tightly controlled once baselined Create, maintain and track the Release runbook, facilitate reviews with the relevant stakeholders Orchestrate execution of the agreed runbook including opening and managing release chats Lead release communications covering pre-release readiness, Go/No-Go outcomes, post release confirmation and updates Coordinate release deployment activities across Capability, Technology, SQM and Business stakeholders Log and track post release issues, clearly recording ownership; Facilitate issue triage meetings to capture root causes and prioritise issues based on impacts Apply CRM processes consistently across releases, ensuring adherence to governance standards and audit expectations. Maintain and manage release documentation and folders, ensuring artefacts are organised, version controlled, and audit ready Solid hands on end to end project delivery and system release management, with 5+ years’ experience is required.
Ideally this would be in financial services/banking. Preferred Experience of PMO / Release Management within Technology organisations
