To lead the design and coordination of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems ensuring seamless integration with electrical and other MEP services, meeting safety, reliability, and performance standards.
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Design of ELV systems such as fire alarm, CCTV, access control, PA, BMS, AV systems and Networking.
- Preparation of BOQ and basic knowledge in costing
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Knowledge in CAD &Basic; knowledge in Revit and Navis platform
- Coordinate ELV system design with electrical and architectural disciplines.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.
- Support value engineering and design optimization initiatives.
- Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning stages.
