Salary: As per Market Standards About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Founding Growth Associate to join an early-stage AI startup. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the founders and take ownership of growth initiatives across Business Development, Go-to-Market (GTM), Sales Operations, CRM, Partnerships, Marketing, and Analytics. The ideal candidate is analytical, execution-focused, and passionate about building scalable growth systems in a fast-paced startup setting. Key Responsibilities Research and identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). Plan and execute outbound lead generation campaigns. Manage inbound lead qualification and nurturing. Conduct LinkedIn, email, and community outreach campaigns. Maintain CRM and ensure pipeline hygiene. Track sales pipeline, revenue metrics, and business KPIs. Coordinate proposals, customer follow-ups, and sales operations. Build and manage strategic partnerships. Support founders in business development initiatives. Create, repurpose, and distribute marketing content. Assist in product launches, webinars, and marketing campaigns. Automate marketing and sales workflows. Develop dashboards and analyze campaign performance.



Provide actionable insights through data-driven reporting. CRM & Marketing Automation. No-Code / Low-Code Automation Tools. Experience working in AI, SaaS, or Product-based startups. Preferred Candidate Profile 2–5 years of relevant experience. Strong ownership mindset with excellent execution skills. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities. Comfortable working directly with founders. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic startup environment. Data-driven decision-maker with a continuous learning attitude.
