- Product Inspection, Testing and Final Product acceptance as per customer requirement
- Non-Destructive Evaluation and Qualification at various stages of mfg.
- Control of Non-Conforming Products
- Corrective and Preventive Actions thro investigation, analysis, and audits
- Vendor Evaluation, Re-evaluation, and approval (Subcontract and Bought Out components)
- Organize Quality Documentation as per ITP/Internal Procedure requirements
- Co-ordinate Second Party Inspection agencies and organize inspection at supplier end as per TDC / Drawing / ITP
- Auditing of Processes and Products
- Analysis of customer complaints for product and process improvements
- Updating, as necessary, of Quality Control Inspection and Testing techniques including the development of recent instrumentation
- Initiating action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to the product, process and Quality System and recommending solutions through designated channels
- Maintaining Product Identification, Traceability, and status
- Identifying Training needs
- Implementation of Quality Objectives
