Process Quality Engineer

Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Job Role:
We are seeking a skilled Process Quality Engineer with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in the automotive or electronics manufacturing industry. The role focuses on driving process quality assurance, resolving quality issues, and supporting recent product development initiatives. Key Responsibilities
* Drive problem resolution and implement effective corrective actions
* Manage inspection activities within the plant
* Prepare control plans and inspection plans
* Develop work instructions and inspection guidelines
* Conduct process capability studies
* Perform OBA (Visual Check Audit) and manufacturing process audits
* Lead PPM reduction initiatives
* Release quality alerts based on customer/internal complaints
* Prepare and review 8D reports
* Implement containment and corrective actions
* Handle rejection analysis and Red Bin analysis
* Conduct internal audits
* Update and maintain quality procedures
* Support quality activities in new product development
* Work on APQP & PPAP processes
