* Develop and maintain B2B relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
* Generate new business opportunities through project-based sales.
* Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
* Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Prepare project quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic business development.
