JOB PURPOSE To promote and grow the company’s jewellery chit schemes by acquiring new subscribers through showroom, field, and referral-based marketing initiatives, while ensuring timely collection follow-ups, customer retention, and excellent service support to existing chit members. The role is responsible for driving subscription growth, improving collection efficiency, and strengthening customer relationships to support the organization’s retail sales objectives. SCOPE / MAIN FEATURES 1. Recent Subscriber Acquisition Achieve monthly and quarterly chit subscription targets assigned by the Chit Manager. Generate new leads through showroom walk-ins, local market activities, field visits, referrals, and community networks. Promote jewellery chit schemes to prospective customers and convert inquiries into active subscriptions. Conduct promotional campaigns, customer outreach programs, and local marketing activities to increase enrolments. 2. Showroom & Field Promotion Coordinate with showroom sales teams to identify and convert jewellery customers into chit subscribers. Support in-store promotions, exhibitions, events, and festive campaigns to enhance chit scheme awareness. Build relationships with local influencers, resident associations, small business owners,



and referral partners to generate quality leads. 3. Collection Follow-up & Recovery Monitor installment due dates and ensure timely collection from existing chit subscribers. Conduct regular telephonic, digital, and field follow-ups for overdue or pending installments. Resolve collection-related issues and maintain a healthy collection efficiency ratio. Escalate long-outstanding accounts to the Chit Manager with recommended recovery actions. 4. Customer Relationship & Service Ensure accurate customer onboarding, KYC documentation, and subscription processing. Maintain regular engagement with subscribers through reminders, updates, and personalized service. Address customer queries related to chit schemes, installment schedules, maturity, and redemption. Support customer retention initiatives and renewal of matured chit subscriptions. 5. Reporting & Compliance Maintain daily records of leads generated, subscriptions achieved, collections received, and follow-up status. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to the Chit Manager. Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer and financial records.
