Job Purpose: Costing Basic Work, Extraction of Information from SAP and updating Pricing sheet, Budgeting, Variance Analysis Job Description: - Updated and maintain accurate product cost sheets for all SKUs, including raw materials, packaging, conversion cost, logistics, and overhead cost. Monitor actual vs standard costs and analyze variances related to materials, yields, wastage, labor, and overheads. Drive continuous cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with procurement, plant technical, and supply chain teams. Perform current product costing (NPD) and scenario analysis for changes in formulation, pack sizes and schemes etc. Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, execute and manage monthly Standard cost runs, process order settlements, ensure accuracy of BOM and updating of activity cost rates in SAP. Ensure costing accuracy in SAP HANA and compliance with standard costing procedures, approvals, and SAP controls. Support formulation and review of pricing strategies by channel (GT, MT, Institutional, Horeca, Govt. etc. Evaluate price revisions driven by commodity inflation, packaging changes,



perform costs or regulatory impacts. Derive and validate transfer prices for internal plants and franchise locations based on cost structures. Conduct contribution and profitability analysis by SKU, brand, pack, state, and customer. Support sales and marketing teams with price simulations, trade scheme impact analysis, and margin protection. Support internal risk team and statutory audits with respect to costing and pricing documentation. Expertise in pricing, contribution analysis, and margin management. Partner closely with Marketing team on the Preparation of Price Quotations (RFQ)for New products, new pack size & additional schemes. Scenario analysis to assess Margin Impact with the Marketing team on profitability by channel wise, brand wise, SKU wise. Qualification : ICWAI , CMA – India, CA with costing experience
