- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day plant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage RTO/RTV activities and ensure timely processing and closure.
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices as required.
- Conduct monthly physical stock audits and reconcile inventory with system records.
- Perform stock, inventory, and logistics reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor plant operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities, including logistics, manpower overtime, and procurement costs.
- Track and control logistics and transportation expenses to improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the Operations team to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize stock variances.
- Prepare operational MIS reports and cost analysis to support management in decision-making.
