About the Company

A leading European manufacturer is establishing its India shared-services centre and expanding its physical footprint, and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a construction project manager. You will own the build-out of facilities that support a growing India operation. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Construction Project Manager, you will plan and deliver construction and fit-out projects end to end, keeping work on schedule, on budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

Site & Build Delivery

- Manage construction and fit-out projects from design through handover
- Own schedules, budgets, procurement, and quality on site
- Coordinate contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors

Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure safety, permits,



and regulatory compliance throughout
- Track progress, costs, and risks and report to stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years managing construction, fit-out, or infrastructure projects
- Strong grasp of site execution, budgeting, and contractor management
- Working knowledge of safety codes and building regulations
- Explicit written and spoken English and willingness to travel to sites

Preferred Qualifications

- A degree in civil engineering, construction, or architecture
- PMP or a construction-management certification
- Exposure to industrial, commercial, or facilities projects
